Empowerment Rx Coaching, LLC maintains this website and all course, coaching programs, and products herein (the “Site”) for the use of its customers, vendors, students, and other Site users (“Users”) upon the agreement to the following terms.
Please read the terms carefully before using the Site. Use of this website and checking the “agree to terms box upon your enrollment indicates your acceptance of these “Terms of Use” and forms a binding agreement between you and Empowerment Rx Coaching, LLC. By accessing and using the Empowerment Rx Coaching website, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Site.
1. Use of Site
Empowerment Rx Coaching, LLC provides various materials, information, quizzes, tests, questions, articles, blogs, and other information on this and related sites and in courses offered through this site (the “Materials). Empowerment Rx Coaching, LLC authorizes each User to view and download one copy of the Materials. Materials may be downloaded and a maximum of one copy of the Materials may be printed provided that Users make no modifications to the Materials and Empowerment Rx Coaching, LLC retains all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original Materials on any copies of the Materials. Users will keep all Materials confidential, and will not sell, auction, loan, rent, give away, describe, summarize, or otherwise reveal the Materials or their contents, to any other person or entity. Any breach of these Terms of Use automatically terminates your authorized use of the Site.
2. Course Enrollments
Enrollment in courses offered by Empowerment Rx Coaching, LLC is subject to the acceptance and adherence to the terms outlined herein. By accepting these terms, you agree to pay the full fee for the Course/Product that you have enrolled in.
You agree to pay the full amount of the Course fees even if you do not complete the course. If a participant is under the age of 18, the parent/guardian is responsible for the payment of the Course Fees, information page – you agree that you have read and understand your access periods. You are aware and agree that courses offered by Empowerment Rx Coaching, LLC are not considered accredited/certified training.
3. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Cancellations
Empowerment Rx Coaching, LLC complies with Georgia Consumer Law in regard to refunds. We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about the course or service that you chose to enroll in. However, while course fees are non-refundable, students may have extenuating circumstances* that started/occurred since enrollment that prevented them from undertaking their course.
* 3a. Examples of Extenuating Circumstances
Examples may include severe medical conditions, family emergencies, or other unforeseen events. Empowerment Rx Coaching, LLC reserves the right to evaluate such circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
• Your own health problems, including major accident or injury, acute ailments, hospitalization (including for surgeries) or those affecting a significant period of study. (documentation required)
• Personal or psychological problems for which you are receiving counseling or have been referred to a qualified practitioner.
• Bankruptcy or financial hardship i.e. loss of employment through layoff, termination, or resignation.

Chargebacks and Disputes: Users are encouraged to contact Empowerment Rx Coaching’s support team at [email protected] to resolve any issues before initiating chargebacks.
4. Self-Study Online Courses
Participants in self-study online courses are granted access for a specified duration. Access termination may occur for violations of the
terms of service.
5. Coaching Services and Programs
Engagement in coaching services and programs is subject to separate agreements. Terms will be communicated and agreed upon individually. There are no refunds for enrollment into these coaching services or programs. Payments for coaching programs and services are due monthly based on enrollment into the program or service. Cancellation of any coaching program or service must be submitted in writing to [email protected] by the 5th of the month preceding the cancellation month. For example: to discontinue the November coaching service or program, the cancellation notice must be received by October 5. Notifications received after the 5th of the month will not be honored, and payment will be processed on the first business day of the following month after written notification.
6. Geographic Location & Applicable Law
Empowerment Rx Coaching, LLC is legally registered in the state of Georgia, USA. You may access your content from any state and country; however, the Terms of Use are governed by the state of Georgia, USA. This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Georgia, USA. Users outside the U.S. are responsible for compliance with local laws. Failure to enforce strict performance of the Terms of Use shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Empowerment Rx Coaching, LLC may assign its rights and duties under the Terms of Use without notice to any party at any time.
7. Trademark and Copyright
Empowerment Rx Coaching, LLC, and other service marks are marks of Empowerment Rx Coaching, LLC. The Materials on this Site are copyrighted, and any unauthorized use of any Materials on this Site may violate copyright, trademark, and other such laws. The content of the online Courses, Materials, including copyright and all such intellectual property rights contained herein, remain the property of Empowerment Rx Coaching, LLC. All trademarks and content on the Empowerment Rx Coaching website are the property of Empowerment Rx Coaching, LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited. You may not reproduce any part of online Courses or Materials without prior written consent of Empowerment Rx Coaching, LLC.
8. Affiliations & Hyperlinks
Links to external websites are provided solely as a convenience to you. Empowerment Rx Coaching, LLC is not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked on our site. Affiliation disclosures will be transparently communicated. Empowerment Rx Coaching, LLC has not reviewed all these external websites, does not control and is not responsible for any of these sites or their content. If you decide to access any of the external websites linked to this Site, you do so entirely at your own risk.
9. No Warranty
The Materials provided on this are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement of intellectual property. Empowerment Rx Coaching, LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of the content on its website. Empowerment Rx Coaching may make changes to the or to the services, and prices described in them, at any time without notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Empowerment Rx Coaching, LLC, its suppliers, or other third parties mentioned in this Site be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of the use of this SITE, any websites liked to this Site, or Materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use the Materials or information form this site results in the need of servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume all costs thereof.
Empowerment Rx Coaching is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services, courses, or programs.
11. Effective Date and Updates
These Terms of Service are effective as of the 22nd of December 2022 and are subject to change without notice by Empowerment Rx Coaching, LLC. Empowerment Rx Coaching reserves the right to update these terms periodically.
